Jen Hosler
Jen Hosler is a Virtual Assistant with Insight HRM. She has a variety of experience from office and accounting management in the marine, trucking, banking, farming, manufacturing and other industries. Her vast knowledge and experience in these different fields gives her an ability to see things in many ways. Her role at Insight HRM is to provide administrative assistance to organizations in many ways to alleviate the burden of various tasks that bog leaders down.
Someone once told her, “Do what you do best and let someone else help with the rest!” She loves being able to help clients with whatever administrative tasks come her way. Being able to do something for someone else is a simple joy in life. Her work ethic is always above and beyond.
Jen is committed to providing high quality professional administrative service to multiple clients.
She can manage client’s email inbox, responding to emails as necessary. Also, she can conduct research on events, travel, projects, meetings, calendar scheduling etc., while providing research results to the client within the established timeframe. Jen can receive and make telephone calls on behalf of the clients as well. She loves to complete any administrative tasks, including but not limited to transcription, business correspondence, and data entry.
She pays close attention to every detail. Building rapport with clients to provide strong communication and customer support thus effectively achieving what each client needs on a person-to-person basis. Jen can perform remote clerical tasks, blog, social media and website content writing. She has strong computer/systems and business acumen. She is trained in QuickBooks as well as several other software programs. Along with doing the bookkeeping for her own business she has also done work for several other clients as well.
Jen holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration degree from Jackson College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Siena Heights University, with a concentration in Accounting. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids on their farm in southern Michigan. They love to spend time grilling or smoking their own farm raised meats all year long.
